This place is a beautifully upgraded hotel housed in a classic building and we loved the rooms with great views.

The hotel is very nice, old, and lovely historic. We had a generous-sized room overlooking the city. The location was amazing and fantastic, with the Watkins Museum of History nearby.

The room was brand-new and well-kept with leather chairs. The staff was very friendly, responsive, and responded promptly to requests.

Perfectly clean place with exceptionally friendly staff and great view of downtown. Updated and brand-new rooms with cable TV, a refrigerator, and tea/coffee making equipment. Excellent bathroom, delicious breakfast. Great location - so close to Lawrence Arts Center. Set in a beautiful area just next door to a restaurant, center, and shops & restaurants.

Enjoyed a spacious and stylish room with amazing views of the city center. Had central heating, a microwave, and a multi-channel TV to keep me cozy and entertained. 🌆

The hotel offers good prices and is located in an amazing place in a college town. The room is brand-new, well-kept, and has a beautiful view of downtown. The bathroom is spotless, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is attentive.

Christopher front desk was awesome...very focused on ensuring we had all needs met. I left a bottle of perfume and he made sure it was retrieved

The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the nightlife and restaurants on Mass St. The bathroom was also nice and the overall decor had a charming historic feel. Despite being an older hotel, they made good use of the space they had.
